Andrew Farnsworth is an Executive Coach and Team Facilitator with over 30 years of global HR and business leadership experience in sectors ranging from life sciences and high technology to industrial manufacturing and aerospace. He brings deep expertise in coaching and advising leaders, relationship building, organizational dynamics and an ability to work effectively across cultures.

Andrew started his career in finance, then took on a variety of business roles before moving into HR. He spent 20 years of his professional life in Europe, based in Geneva, Paris and Munich and worked in fast- moving companies from the Fortune 500 to start-ups. He is fluent in French.

At Talaris Therapeutics, a publicly traded biotechnology company, Andrew was the Chief People Officer and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team. He enabled the company's growth by attracting and retaining the best people in the market. He was instrumental in driving an outstanding company culture and creating a great place to work.

At CIRCOR, a $1 billion industrial manufacturer, Andrew, as CHRO, built and led a world-class HR team across North America, Europe and Asia. He successfully worked closely with executives at all levels to support their career growth. He designed and launched the company's first senior leadership program and cohort. He played a key role in defining the company's purpose, mission, vision, and values which remain central to the organization today.

Andrew specializes in coaching leaders navigating transitions and change and teams looking to improve their effectiveness. Drawing on his global experience across industries and functions, Andrew brings curiosity, insight, along with heart and backbone to his coaching, helping his clients gain self-awareness and harness the energy for growth and development.

His coaching journey began 10 years ago during a transformative hike along the Camino de Santiago in Spain while being coached daily. He was inspired by the power of coaching firsthand. Since then, he has earned multiple coaching certifications and now works with leaders to help them identify and leverage their strengths and address blind spots to realize their potential and thrive in dynamic environments.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Harvard College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He is a Certified Executive Coach through the William James College graduate coaching program. He also is formally certified with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), the Coach Training Institute (CTI), the Leadership Circle, TypeCoach and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is currently an executive coach and facilitator at Harvard Business School.
